(More customer reviews)I recently upgraded my home network from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps ethernet. My network is rather large and has a large number of AV devices on it as well as computers, servers, and several video game consoles. I use Crestron throughout my house to control A/V, HVAC, and other things which can be network intensive. Prior to installing this switch my installers tried to go with a lower budget option. We had several issues and device lockups. Fortunately, I was able to quickly ascertain that our "low budget" switch was the issue. I ordered this switch from Amazon and swapped it in and have had absolutely NO problems since even under very heavy load. It makes absolutely NO sense to buy a cheap switch unless you do not value your system integrity or your time. I absolutely recommend this product and am very happy with it.
