In fact, I was at a news event a few weeks ago and I had switched to my wide angle lens and put this lens (70-200) down for a minute. Another photog grabbed my lens thinking it was his. Goes to show that it's the industry standard. I've been shooting for 25 years and this is the best lens I've ever owned. Well worth the investment. You won't regret it.
